  • You can keep costs low by ensuring that we do not have to charge any landfill fees. If you are a resident of Eindhoven, we can make use of your CURE-card.

    Additionally, you can reduce costs by minimizing delays related to the pick-up. You can do this as follows:

    • Bundle small loose items in, for example, a garbage bag.

    • Make sure to separate your waste properly.

    • Offer larger items somewhat separated as well. Wood with wood, metal with metal, etc.

    • Place the items at the curb so we don’t have to carry them far.

    • Keep items dry and covered.

  • We need the following information to provide an accurate quote:

    • Your address (postal code + house number)

    • Phone number and email address

    • Photos or videos clearly showing what needs to be removed

    • Any factors that could delay the pick-up, such as a long distance to the street, stairs that need to be climbed, or elevators that must be used

    The more details you provide, the more precise and quick we can make your quote.

  • It’s difficult to say exactly. The cost depends on:

    • The amount of waste you have

    • Travel time and distance

    • Whether the waste can be taken directly or needs to be dismantled/removed first

    • Stairs that need to be climbed or lifts that need to be used

  • We operate within a 50-kilometer radius around Eindhoven.

  • There are few types of waste that we do not collect.

    We also have the necessary tools to dismantle or break down items if needed.

    The following types of waste are not collected (all at once):

    • Large amounts of rubble (+1.5 m³)

    • Large amounts of sand (+1.5 m³)

    • Large quantities of chemical products

    • Items prohibited under criminal law

  • Quotes are always non-binding until you have accepted our offer.

    If you decide to cancel after accepting, that is not a problem.

    However, any costs we have already incurred for your assignment will need to be reimbursed.

  • Sustainability is very important to us. All items that can have a second life are resold or given away for free on the second-hand market, and we also regularly donate items to charitable organizations.

    We separate waste as much as possible at the recycling center. Metal is sent to metal recycling.

    We optimize our load volumes and logistics to save fuel and minimize unnecessary emissions.

  • We accept all legally recognized forms of payment, including cash.

    Due to high monthly costs, we do not have a card terminal. However, you can pay via Tikkie or later by bank transfer using an invoice.
