The price of a house clearance is influenced by factors such as the size of the property, the amount of household contents, required dismantling, stairs that need to be climbed or lifts that must be used, bulky waste disposal, the types of waste that need to be removed, and the desired condition in which the property must be delivered. If the resale value exceeds approximately €250–€300, we can deduct 20–30% of the market value from the quotation.
