  • Call-out costs (25 km + travel time for 2 workers): ± €90

  • Clearance & disposal of contents: €650 – €850

  • Laminate removal (30 m² × €6): €180

  • Dismantling wardrobe (approx. 1 hour): ± €75

  • Remove roofing felt (25 m² × €10): €250

  • Roofing felt disposal (higher processing costs): ± €300

  • Soil disposal (2 m³ × €200): €400

Subtotal: ± €2.550 – €3.350

  • If the resale value exceeds approximately €250–€300, we can deduct 20–30% of the market value from the quotation.

  • In this example (value €1,000), this could mean a discount of €200–€300.
